The firm

Regulated, specialised, and small enough to design every mandate individually.

Neovision Wealth Management was built to do one thing well: run regulated fund structures and wealth mandates out of the Abu Dhabi Global Market with a level of technical rigour that typically belongs to firms several times its size.

Most large ManCos operate as fund factories — standardised templates, tiered service desks, the sponsor fitted to the platform rather than the other way around. NWM is the counter-position. Every fund hosted is individually structured. Every client mandate is individually designed. Every sponsor and every client speaks directly with the people who make the regulatory, structural, and investment decisions — not a relationship desk routing to someone else.

What NWM Does

Three service lines. One platform.

NWM operates across three concentrated service lines, all delivered under the same ADGM-regulated ManCo. Each is structured to be modular — a fund sponsor can use the full stack or a single layer.

ADGM Fund Management

Regulated fund-hosting, portfolio management, and end-to-end ManCo services for sponsors launching open- or closed-ended vehicles in the ADGM. Each fund is structured individually, not assembled from a template.

Also known as fund hosting, ManCo-as-a-Service, or a white-label fund platform. FaaS lets a fund sponsor launch faster, operate leaner, and focus on investment strategy rather than regulatory infrastructure.

Why NWM

Tailor-made, not templated. Direct access, not routed.

The large global ManCos are fund factories. They operate on standardised structures, pre-configured service tiers, and minimum fund sizes that exclude most specialist strategies. Their scale is real — and it comes with trade-offs that sophisticated sponsors and clients increasingly feel. NWM is built on the opposite proposition.

i.

Every fund is designed individually.

The funds under management are structurally different vehicles — CEIC, OEIC, PCC, with tokenised share classes, Shari'a-compliant overlays, FSRA green certification. That variety is not accidental. Each sponsor came with a different strategy, a different investor base, and a different set of constraints. Each got a structure built around the mandate rather than the mandate fitted to a structure.

ii.

Every client speaks directly with the people making decisions.

At larger platforms, a sponsor is routed through a relationship manager, an account team, and a ticketing queue. At NWM, a sponsor engaging the firm is in direct conversation with the CEO, the CIO, and the Compliance function from the first meeting onward. A physical consequence of the firm's size — and a deliberate operating choice.

iii.

Every mandate is taken seriously on its own terms.

The firm does not operate minimum-AuM thresholds that exclude promising specialist strategies. It does not force sponsors into pre-built product templates. It does apply the same FSRA-regulated rigour to every mandate that a larger platform would — because the authorisation is the same, and the compliance standards are the same.
