Mina Residential REIT
Mina Residential REIT is one of the largest Shari'a-compliant residential REITs in the ADGM. The fund invests in income-generating onshore UAE residential real estate, structured for Shari'a compliance throughout — asset selection, financing arrangements, income treatment, and distribution mechanics.
The mandate targets stabilised residential assets with established rental income and sustainable yield profiles. Geographic focus is the onshore UAE market, with concentration in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Professional investors access the REIT through a CEIC vehicle designed for the fund's defined term and asset profile.
NWM appointed an FSRA-registered Shari'a board to oversee the fund's ongoing compliance with Shari'a principles. The REIT was formally appointed and launched in May 2025 with NWM as the fund manager; Mina Properties and Rasameel serve as co-sponsors. The combination of NWM's regulatory-technical specialisation and the sponsors' real estate origination and asset management is the structural engine of the vehicle.
