Wealth Management

Discretionary portfolios, advisory mandates, and custom-made structures.

For ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions — open-architecture access to 35,000+ instruments, Swiss private banking heritage, and direct access to the CIO throughout the mandate.

The service

Wealth management, designed around the client.

NWM's wealth management practice serves a specific kind of client: sophisticated individuals, families, and institutions who expect their wealth manager to construct a portfolio around their actual circumstances — return objectives, liquidity needs, tax posture, governance constraints, jurisdictional exposure — rather than fit them into a model portfolio bucket.

Every mandate is run by the Chief Investment Officer and supported by the senior team. The client meets the people managing the money. Decisions are made in the room, not routed through a relationship desk.

Mandate types

Discretionary Portfolio Management

NWM manages the portfolio under an investment mandate agreed with the client. The client delegates day-to-day investment decisions within defined parameters; NWM implements the mandate, rebalances as needed, and reports on performance, attribution, and risk.

Advisory & Execution

For clients who want to retain decision-making on individual trades while drawing on NWM's market, strategy, and implementation expertise. NWM provides personal recommendations, monitors positions, and executes on instruction.

Execution Only

For clients with their own investment view who need high-quality access to the platform, liquidity, and counterparties. NWM executes trades and handles the operational workflow without providing recommendations.

Custom-Made Structures

For mandates that require a bespoke structure — private placements, structured products built to the client's view, Shari'a-compliant overlays, concentrated single-asset or thematic vehicles. Designed jointly with the client from the ground up.

Platform access and pedigree

Open-architecture access to more than 35,000 instruments across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, derivatives, and alternatives. Institutional execution through tier-one counterparties. Custody with regulated third-party custodians; NWM does not hold client assets directly.

The wealth-management team combines Swiss private banking experience (Credit Suisse, UBS), UAE banking operations experience (HSBC, First Abu Dhabi Bank), and a CFA-tracked financial-analysis bench. Every client has direct access to the senior team, including the CIO, throughout the mandate.

Client eligibility

NWM serves Professional Clients only, as defined in the FSRA Conduct of Business Rulebook. This includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals, single and multi-family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors meeting the regulatory wealth and sophistication criteria.

Wealth management at NWM — frequently asked.

What does wealth management at NWM cover?
Three things, structured as separate but related mandates. First, discretionary portfolio management: NWM makes investment decisions on the client's behalf within an agreed mandate. Second, advisory mandates: NWM provides recommendations, and the client makes the final call. Third, bespoke structuring: building specific investment vehicles, custom mandates, or family-office arrangements where a standard portfolio does not fit. All three are delivered under the same FSRA-regulated framework.
What investment universe does NWM provide access to?
NWM operates on an open-architecture platform with access to more than 35,000 securities and investment products across all major asset classes, including equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, structured products, and alternatives. Best execution is supported by an electronic front-to-back platform with streamlined settlement and clearing. The platform is genuinely open, meaning recommendations are not constrained to a proprietary product shelf.
What is the difference between discretionary and advisory at NWM?
Under a discretionary mandate, NWM has authority to make investment decisions within the parameters of an Investment Policy Statement agreed upfront with the client, covering asset allocation ranges, risk tolerance, exclusions, liquidity requirements, and currency mix. Under an advisory mandate, NWM analyses, recommends, and explains, but the client retains decision authority. Many clients use both: discretionary for the strategic core, advisory for opportunistic or tactical allocations.
Does NWM work with family offices, and how?
Yes. NWM works with family offices in two distinct modes. The first is as an investment manager, running discretionary mandates, advising on portfolio construction, and providing reporting and consolidation. The second is as a regulated wrapper, using the FaaS model to structure a family office's investment activity into a regulated ADGM fund vehicle, which can simplify governance, succession, and external co-investment. NWM is building a dedicated family office platform that integrates investment management, governance advisory, legacy planning, and consolidated reporting for multi-generational wealth.
Who handles the relationship for a new wealth client?
Inbound wealth enquiries are handled initially by the Head of Client Relationship Management, with an early handoff to the Chief Investment Officer once a mandate is developing. The senior team is small enough that clients deal with the people who make the investment, structuring, and regulatory decisions, rather than a tiered relationship desk that routes to someone else.
Is NWM regulated, and what is its FSRA permission?
Neovision Wealth Management Limited is authorised and regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) under Financial Services Permission No. 220080. The firm's wealth management activities operate under five FSRA-permitted regulated activities, including Managing Assets and Advising on Investments or Credit. The firm's status can be verified on the ADGM Public Register.
