September 2026 — DSP Equity Opportunity Funds PC (Feeder Fund) in ADGM
NWM announced the launch of the DSP Equity Opportunity Funds PC (Feeder Fund) with DSP Asset Managers in the ADGM, a USD-denominated open-ended protected cell under DSP Funds (OEIC) PCC PLC feeding into the SEBI-regulated DSP Large & Mid Cap Fund. With Valura.AI as distributor, eligible offshore investors, including Indian NRIs in the UAE, complete the entire investment journey digitally, with a US$100 minimum for the retail class, daily liquidity and daily NAV dissemination.
June 2026 — Mashreq Private Markets Collaboration
Mashreq collaborated with NWM and Red Lions Capital in connection with an investment executed through an ADGM-domiciled fund structure. NWM provided fund management services in its capacity as an FSRA-regulated fund manager, with the transaction facilitated via the Digital Investment Platform (DIP) and integration with Allfunds, supporting private markets access for Professional Clients within the ADGM regulatory framework.
